Vlassides Winery

The Winery was designed by architect Heracles Papachristou in modern, clean-cut lines; a contemporary building which blends perfectly with the landscape, situated in a 8 hectares plot, surrounded by its vineyards.

A large part of the Winery is literally buried deep into the hill, while the rest of the building gradually comes into view as it follows the contours of the land. The interior consists of large open spaces with panoramic views of the vineyards. Visitors enjoy an unobstructed view of the winemaking and wine ageing areas, giving them a general overview of the processes which take place at the Winery, from the beginning: from grape to wine.

 

Christoudias Winery

The new winery in a perfect combination of traditional and modern style, surrounded by vineyards of only Cypriot grape varieties. The construction of the new phase began in 2008 after great effort, zeal and enthusiasm was completed in 2012. The new building includes four large distinct areas; the production line area, a wine cellar for the aging of the wines, the bottling area as well as a catering and tasting room.

The production process in the winery follow all health and safety requirements, as provided by the applicable Quality Management System and Food Safety, which is certified by the standards of ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 22000: 2005.

Kfraseis Vassiliades Winery

Located at the foot of the south side of Madari at an altitude of 1275m, their vineyards are located above the winery at different locations along the mountain range Madari as well as below in an area which is surrounded by various types of other fields with an average altitude of 1200m. They cultivate mostly local varieties of vines which take great parts in producing the wines at their winery.

They also cultivate famous french varieties which, by taking advantage of the microclimate of the area with poor soil, different angles, and moderate temperatures throughout the year, give amazingly good results
