Oenou Yi Rodambelo Rosé

Elegant and aromatic, “Rodambelo” is named after its intense and shiny pink colour. It was created of the privately owned vineyards of “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades” and draws dewiness and freshness from the altitude and the charismatic elements of the Omodos terroir.

“Rodambelo” is the result of a blending of the Syrah international variety and the Maratheftiko indigenous variety, with an aromatic expression of strawberry, cherry and rose petals notes.

Initial contact with the mouth stimulates the taste buds pleasantly, revealing both complexity and subtle balance between its palatable characteristics and acidity.

Served at 9˚C, it pairs harmoniously with seasonal salads, poultry and oily foods, while standing as an aperitif by itself.
